Chris began his commercial construction career in the roofing business in 1980. First as a draftsman producing roofing details, later working in the laboratory doing roofing sample analysis, and finally as a roof monitor observing roofing projects across the United States. As a long time member of the National Roofing Contractors Association and as a licensed installer of almost every major manufacturer of roofing materials, Chris proudly leads the Greylock team.

Lauren Knollmeyer
General Manager
Lauren is a graduate of Northeastern University, where she earned a Degree in Environmental Studies, Political Science, and Business Administration. As General Manager, Lauren brings a people-first approach to the roofing industry, combining strong client relationships with a sharp focus on sustainable growth. With a background in operations and business development, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, ensuring every project is handled with transparency, efficiency, and care.

Carol Mahan
Sr. Vice President of Business Operations and Finance
Carol joined the GRC Team in August of 2016 as Corporate Controller. As Corporate Controller, Carol’s responsibilities at GRC included managing all segments of financial operations. She also manages the staff responsible for generating the firm’s payroll each week and oversees each staff member who is responsible for managing all payables and receivables. In March of 2021, Carol was promoted to VP of Business Operations and Finance, where she continues to excel as one of KBC’s top Team Members.

Shawn possesses over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. He specializes in the development of new clients and opportunities for Greylock Roofing. Currently, Shawn is the President of the New England Chapter of RCI and is a active member of CSI, BOMA, CAI and is a Friend of IREM.

Beverly Randazza
Assistant Controller
Beverly joined the GRC team in November of 2015 and has quickly become a key member of the office and finance staff. Beverly possesses over 25 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable, and she is our payroll manager. She also graduated from Katharine Gibbs School in the Advanced Secretarial Program, and she is a graduate of Northeastern University with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.

Project Manager
With over 20 years of roofing experience, Rob specializes in managing commercial projects from inception to final inspection. He oversees planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure every job is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Known for his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality, Rob consistently delivers reliable results while building relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

In Memory of Paul Quinn
Former Warehouse Manager
Paul “Quinnie” was employed by the Greylock Roofing Company ownership for over 28 years. He was the Warehouse Manager from 2014 until his passing on April 6, 2001. HE had previously held a supervisor role for group since 2001. He will be missed by all who knew him.
In Memory of Kevin Malloy
General Superintendent
Kevin was a member of the Greylock team for over 10 years until his passing on December 23, 2025. In his role of General Superintendent, Kevin wore many hats ranging from project management to estimating to site management. He proudly joked that he had been on more roofs than Santa Claus. He will be missed by all who knew him.
